Our standard full-suite service is CAD $2,500 + HST. That covers a complete website design with the standard set of pages — landing, about, services, gallery, contact and optionally a blog — marketing and SEO setup, logo and branding creation or review, and one site visit for photography and media production.

If your needs vary — several websites with similar requirements, or ongoing video production to feed social media growth — we adjust the quote to match the scope. That is usually the exception rather than the norm.

Three to five weeks for a typical service. Quick communication between us and you is what keeps it at the short end of that.

Sometimes we wait for a job to reach the right stage before the photography and video can be shot. That is understandable, and it is worth the wait.

No. We write it, then you correct it. That order matters — most trades can tell us in five minutes on the phone what would take a week to write down, so we do the writing and you tell us where we got the trade wrong.

You get a full read-through before anything goes live, and nothing is published that you have not signed off.

Yes, and deliberately. Limiting the scope to the trades is what lets us work quickly and keep the same quote for every client.

If you are not in the trades, or you need something more specific — ecommerce, a highly dynamic 3D site, custom animation and transitions, or a web app with a backend — we can point you to contacts who do that kind of work.

You do — the domain, the hosting account, the source code, all of it. Everything is registered in your name from the start, not ours, and we hand over every login at the end.

If you ever want to move to another studio you can, and nothing has to be rebuilt to make that possible. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is expensive.

CAD $75 + HST a month for website management: hosting, email, uptime monitoring, analytics, and priority support for adjustments to the site.

The finished website, the SEO accounts, the graphics and the media are yours. Once the project is complete you are free to take the management over yourself.

Minor monthly adjustments are included in the management price — a new project in the gallery, a price, a phone number. Send them to us and they are updated within a few days.

If you are managing the site yourself, we will suggest how to set up your code editor and walk you through the deployment chain when the project is handed over.
